WEIGHTLESSNESS IN SPACE?

An astrnaut orbiting the earth feels weightlessness generally because he is in a constant state of free fall. It's just that his forward motion causes him to keep missing the earth over and over again. There is gravity everywhere, its just there is a lower content in space then there is earth. The bigger the mass the stronger the gravity.

ACCLERATION

Acceleration can be seen everywhere, escpecially in this day and age where everything needs to accelerate to be transported. In my words acceleration is starting momentum seen with speed and velocity. But according to websters dictionary it means is the rate of change in velocity as a fuction of time. It is a vector
Hypothises-The time it takes for the pendulem to swing back and forth is shortened when the string is shortened.

Materials-String, weight, stopwatch

Methodology-We took the string, tied it to the weight, swang it back and forth ten times, timed how long this took, and recorded our data. We did this 7 times. Everytime we did this we shortended the string just a little bit. Each time we got a differant result.

Conclusion-the lab proved to be a sucesses! We recorded our data on a graph and we discovered
as the string gets shorter, the time on the stopwatch gets longer.
